I say "no sweat" at the end, but ironically it's my most aerobic song.
Verse 1
My well-meaning friends all recommend
That I exercise and lose a little weight
Make a new start for the sake of my heart
Then like them I’ll be slim and feeling great
Find something you’re good at they all say with a smile
So here’s some exercise that fits my lifestyle

Chorus:
Oh, I can jump to a conclusion, I can jog my memory
Get my mind racing and run wild with fantasies
I can lift my expectations, I can throw my cares away
While I exercise my option to not exercise today

Verse 2
I see people I know on the side of the road
They're out running for their daily exercise
But is it worth the cost breathing in that exhaust
From all the cars and trucks that pass them by
Oh I exercise some caution as I wrestle with this thought
If I don’t join the Y do I belong to the Y-Not?

Chorus:
Oh, I can jump to a conclusion, I can jog my memory
Get my mind racing and run wild with fantasies
I can lift my expectations, I can throw my cares away
While I exercise my option to not exercise today
I can skip the formalities, scale the heights of absurdity
Press on through adversity with all of this activity
I could stretch this song out endlessly, an exercise in futility
While I exercise my option to not exercise today
No sweat!
