Tonight’s showcase features longtime local songwriter Paul Silva, currently in the band, The Woolys. www.paulsilvamusic.com
Guest performers include JoanMarie, Curtis Marsh, Scott Hicok, and the Jean Butterfield duo.
Showcases are every Tuesday 6:30-9:30pm, with one featured act playing a 45-minute set in the middle of the show, and up to 8 others playing 3-song guest sets. We pass the tip jar for our feature, but otherwise no cover, all ages welcome.

"Pakes" (also known as Justin) has been playing music around the Central Coast for 10 years. He is the guitarist for many San Luis Obispo-based groups, most notably, the rock quartet Siko. Steve plays Talking Stick in Venice CA
I'm playing the 2nd Anniversary of the Grassroots Acoustica showcase. Host Mark Islam, artists-in-residence Tom Gramlich & Byron Pfeifer with Dan Raziel and special guest Jane Bolduc welcome back recurring regulars Elsie May Larson-Kunkel, Merrily Weeber, Ryan Guggenheim, Steve Key, and Wendy Conrad for a 3-hour celebration getting underway at 7 pm at The Talking Stick Coffee Lounge.
While there is no cover charge, 100% of any voluntary donations will benefit Children Of The Night, an organization committed to rescuing runaways from the ravages of prostitution & pornography. Providing specialized services ranging from a 24-hour hotline to a 24-bed home with on-site school, Children Of The Night also works closely with law enforcement nationwide to prosecute pimps.
